Bummer. Unfortunately, I don't have Windows 11 so I'm unable to troubleshoot the problem. You might be able to add the necessary ip address to the DISPLAY variable by setting it in the bashrc file. The following command will do exactly that:
echo -e "\nexport DISPLAY=\"\$(cat /etc/resolv.conf | grep nameserver | awk '{ print \$2 }'):0.0\"" >> ~/.bashrc
Then reboot your system, and let me know if that fixed the problem. =]
