It wasn't 100% clear what you wanted to accomplish.
It seems like most of the current voice clone services specialize in the English language.
If you are wanting to create a clone of your voice for czech language with your czech accent, Resemble might be able to do it. Their regular TTS was decent when I used it, but I haven't tried their voice cloning.
However, I've switched my focus to building a startup, so I haven't been keeping up on AI lately.
