Were you able to execute each step in order in the audio section of the article? The steps must be executed in order to work properly. You can also check to make sure the firewall rule was successfully added for pulse audio:

1. enter "firewall with advanced security" in the windows search bar

2. click "windows defender firewall with advanced security" icon

3. click "inbound rules" in side panel

4. click "name" tab to sort by name

5. look for "pulseaudio"

Were you able to find a firewall rule for pulseaudio?
